V0.3-hotfix

Hotfix changes:

• Fixed 'handin command' crash when given no extra parameters
  
• Fixed incorrect handling of selected modules and specific commands in tutorial missions
• Fixed 'info' command crashing when an 'exploit' type module is selected
• Running plain 'handin' command repeats your mission objective (If applicable), this does not work with tutorial missions
• Some mission objectives are tweaked to be more specific
• Both p.s. messages now use the same p.s.
